BREEMA ® BODYWORK nurtures the body’s instinctive healing energy through nourishing holds, tension relieving stretches, tapping, brushing, and leans with the natural weight of the practitioner's body. Sessions take place on a padded floor, with practitioner and recipient comfortably dressed. No previous bodywork experience is necessary. Accommodations can be made for differing physical abilities. Come dressed comfortably for getting down and up from the floor.
